# Has YoRent built any gym equipment store before?

I am planning to choose YoRent to launch a gym equipment rental marketplace in Canada. What I want in the platform is to support all P2P, B2B and B2C operations. I want gym equipment owners to be able to upload their equipment on the marketplace and there should be options to manage vendors, commissions, and all. I’m ready to make the purchase, just a bit hesitant.

Moreover, it is using Yo!Rent’s both sales and lending features so that’s an increase in the revenue channel.

For vendor management, Yo!Rent also has diverse features:

 - Minimum withdrawal limit
 - Minimum withdrawal interval
 - Custom vendor registration form
 - Mandatory equipment listing fields
 - Fixed and percentage commission
 - Featured listings
 - Custom rental agreements
 - Custom welcome email

The workflow for marketplace operations on Yo!Rent is as follows:

- Vendors register on the marketplace and upload detailed listings of their equipment
- The admin approves/rejects listings for display on the marketplace
- Approved listings are displayed to customers and appear in search results
- Customers select a listing and use the booking calendar to input rental dates
- Based on the selected dates, the platform generates an invoice that the customer has to pay and submit a rental security.
- Both the rental fee and rental security are automatically added to the vendor’s digital wallet.
- On receiving the equipment, the customer gets the option to inspect it for damages and report it to the vendor. Subsequently, the customer can also request a replacement or refund for damaged equipment(s)
- On returning the equipment, the vendor inspects the equipment for any damages and reports the same to the admin
- In case of any damages, the admin deducts the reimbursement from the customer’s rental security and returns the rest to the customer
- On fulfilling the minimum withdrawal limit, the vendor can withdraw the amount from his digital wallet to bank account
