# Has Okta made it easier to resolve login issues on platforms like Genesys?

Okta has been very easy to use and feels dynamic, and it helped resolve login issues on the Genesys platform. I have no complaints so far. For others using Okta for access to key apps, what setup or approach helped you reduce login problems the most?
