# Has anything changed since Parature was acquired by Microsoft?

Companies change all the time after they're acquired. What's changed for Parature since it was acquired? Are there any new reviews that reflect this update?

The good news is not much has changed. The bad news is not much has changed. The product has great potential, but some serious flaws, at least for my usage, that will keep me from buying it again (please see my review for more information). I was hoping Microsoft would give them the resources to fix it without the product being absorbed into Dynamics.
