We've been using MSP360 since April 2017, Works efficiently and without supervision, thanks to this software connected to B2 Backblaze we've been able to recover from a total disaster ransomware attack on 2019, works perfect with B2

### Comment 2

I've used it with B2 quite a lot and it has worked well. I've also used it for cloud to cloud and that has been problematic. I consistently get warnings about paths that don't exist. I am almost never have a backup go without problems. I don't find the error messages sufficiently detailed to easily fix the problem, nor can I feel confident about what was successfully backed up without a fair amount of drilling down. There is something about the way they handle to cloud to cloud that causes this to happen regardless of how you set up the backup.
I'm still using it but I have to admit it doesn't leave me feeling comfortable that I definitely have a solid, complete backup.
MSP360 is very powerful but even for a power user/geek who likes digging into options and setup, it is not easy to work with.
