# Has anyone else felt Constant Contact wasn’t worth the money?

I didn’t find anything useful here and it felt overpriced for what it offers. The policies also came across as shady and unfair, and I haven’t seen any real benefits or changes from using it. If you’ve used Constant Contact, what made it feel worth it (or not), and how did you handle the policy issues?

I think it really depends on how often you use it. When you’re using it weekly, I feel like clients do read the emails, and it helps keep them informed and aware. Especially during uncertain times, I think it’s better to overcommunicate and keep people updated.

We send weekly updates through Constant Contact. May I ask what type of business you’re using it for?
