# Has a flat-fee model like Thrii helped you lower cost per hire and time to hire?

Switching from paying percentages to a flat fee lowered my cost per hire and helped reduce time to hire, especially for large roles. I also liked that delivery felt smooth and everything was available on the platform. The downside was realizing I didn’t need my HR team anymore. If you have used Thrii or a similar recruitment platform, how did the flat-fee approach affect your hiring process and team setup?
