# Does Telnyx provide any hardware?

Telnyx are offering a 'software as a service / API as a service' - you setup the account via web admin panel; then add features etc as per your needs. You then refer to their documentation to understand how to use the API with your platform/tools to meet your communication requirements (ie, VOIP SIP Trunks, SMS notifications, etc).  They don't provide hardware; rather they provide well documented industry-standard compliant services you can integrate with other tools for deliver of communication connectivity solutions (VOIP Sip Trunks, SMS messages, etc)
