# had any one used reporting with kayako

Its been 2 months I am trying to understand how reports work here 
and its been more than an hour their tech support is trying to generate one report 

I don't think these reports are meant for ceo -- you might need one programmer for this.

We never found the Reports usable either. Since the data is in SQL we wrote our own reports engine. (I should note we also have tons of automated messages from our monitoring tools that come in to different departments that are for information only, so for any report we run, we usually want to filter those out.)
