# GOALS for 2025

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">What are your goals for 2025?</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">(1) <strong><u>Ultimate goals</u></strong> - The most ambitious goals you are looking to achieve next year e.g. running a marathon.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">(2) <strong><u>Checklist goals</u></strong> - these are the breakdown goals at each point.  Once one has been completed, you move to the next, and so on until you reach the 'summit' and conquer one of your Ultimate goals e.g. increasing your distance run and getting race readiness.  These need to be measurable.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">(3) <strong><u>Systems</u></strong> - these comprise of the daily actions to allow you to progress. This is where you create and maintain momentum e.g. building up endurance, developing running habits and runner's mentality.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">(4) <strong><u>Anti-Goals</u></strong> - are the things we don't want to happen - that will impede our journey and cause problems.  This could include injuries, lack of motivation, losing focus etc. They also include aspects such as factors that could cause issues with our family, relationships, work, leisure, mental/physical state etc.  In essence those detrimental elements that could jeopardise everything we are aiming to achieve.</p>

&lt;p&gt;I&#39;d say that leveraging AI more in my workflows and as an organization as well is very important for me for 2025.&lt;/p&gt;
