# Goals for 2025

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I get it – some, nay, many people will argue that it’s not even December, BUT is anybody looking further ahead and planning their goals for <strong>2025</strong>? </p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">And if so, are you willing to share them with the Community?</p>

&lt;p&gt;I always look at the coming year as an adventure.  Never know what it will bring.  I always have goals of what I want to accomplish, but often fail to write them down.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Without them written down, it makes it hard to see what you accomplish in the year&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I hear you on that one!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Whether it&#39;s long term goals or even just a simple to-do list for the week ahead, it&#39;s amazing how much clarity I get from simple writing things down. Otherwise, everything just swims around like a jumbled mess in my head.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is a good reminder that it&#39;s about time I make a good to-do list :)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I appreciate the returned comments.  I have found that with the voice dictation on the cell phones, it has made it easier to keep track of the goals.  Someone also recently asked about a situation I was going thru and suggested journeling to help see just how far you have come.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I’ve started exploring services and tools for a fully AI-assisted software development environment.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;For 2025, one of my top goals, both personally and professionally is to leverage AI to boost my productivity, enhance quality, and speed up my development process (I&#39;m not talking about using ChatGPT, but to have AI agents talking to other AI agents, automations, triggers and auto-GPTs).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Excited to see where this journey takes me!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Awesome question!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;My goals for 2025 are mainly related to mindset; I want to increasingly learn/structure an effective and high-performing method, with a greater focus.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;A livello lavorativo:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Automate everything that is possible&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Implement AI deeply in all processes (without excluding the key factor &quot;human side&quot;)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Increase collaborations&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Develop new SaaS&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Create automatic/passive business contexts/situations&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;I avoid including personal training, skill enhancement, and continuous study/update in the list; they are key factors that I &quot;consider obvious&quot; (imho).&lt;/p&gt;
