Since this was last answered, Infoplus no longer charges per user and provides unlimited users with all pricing tiers.

The number of user accounts is tied to your Infoplus tier. Check out our pricing page for details. The Professional and Enterprise levels allow you to add or remove additional user accounts as needed at any time.
