I had four weeks notice that the POS system I was using was going out of business. I took a week for research, a week for talking with sales people and running through demonstrations for multiple companies, then about a week to set up a few reports Springboard didn't have already designed and saved, download all information I needed from the old system, and reload into the new system, then an hour or two for hardware. We have site challenges, no IT people, and I had a bare minimum computer knowledge, but I wanted all of the equipment to be open-sourced. If I'm having an issue designing a report, I email them and they usually have a formula ready before we open for business the next day. Love it.
