What change are we seeking, and who is it for? These strategic principles apply in many domains. </p><p>On a different note, I must say I felt like an oppo researcher hearing business leaders talk about how AI tools would drink their own champagne--paying for themselves by reducing salary costs. They talked about the goal of having as few humans in the loop as possible.
