<p>This Friday (or last Friday as it is now Saturday 2023-04-29) the "new music section" in Apple Music showed 39 new albums.</p><blockquote>Note: I am an avid Apple Music user (subscriber).</blockquote><p>None of the "new music" appealed to me. Which makes me wonder about "the algorithm"🧐</p><p>Anyhoo, currently listening to an old album (Something Heavy Going Down 'Live From The Twilight Zone') from (a Dutch band) Golden Earring (amongst others, but maybe best known for their hit singles "Radar Love" and "When The Lady Smiles").</p><p>Will be checking Labrinth's new album now 😊</p><p>Best,</p><p>🇳🇱 👋 Mark</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p>I'm horrible when it comes to new music! My favorite workout classes use intense modern music, and I usually end up adding that to my playlist. "Get outta your mind" by Lil Jon is my favorite stress-busting ones! </p><p>Whenever someone asks for what I'm listening to, I'm also amused by their reactions to songs like "Level Up" by Ciara or "Let Me Think About It" by Ida Corr and Fredde Le Grand. I'm quiet and boring for the most part, so people are always shocked by what music gets me going.</p>
