# Freshdesk unified inbox and automations boosted our speed, but CSAT ticket-level reporting is hard

Freshdesk helped us pull emails and chats into one unified inbox, and the clean interface made it easy for new hires to ramp up. Automations also reduced the time we spend sorting and routing tickets, which improved agent productivity and gave us useful operational insights. The main frustration is CSAT reporting, specifically how unintuitive it is to tie a rating back to the exact ticket and understand what drove a bad score. How are others handling CSAT analysis in Freshdesk, especially when you need ticket-level context?
