# Format changed

How do I make sure the format and structure remain the same when I insert any objects in my reports.

What kind of objects are you inserting? If you are changing objects continuously in a report, you might want to set it up as a report template and add image/object placeholders. Format your placeholders how you want them in the document and use this template when creating a new report. When changing images for example, you can right click the image and replace it with a new file. This forces new images to adjust to the size you set.
