Hi Prasanth,
We use Jira as workload management and specifically for my scrum teams we use this for our agile sprints. I have different teams within the agile framework so one team uses the traditional a scrum board utilizing sprints and then another team uses the same application but as a Kanban board. Jira allows us to track progress, measure velocity, burn down chart, keep a back log of requirements etc.

Hi Prasanth, we use Jira as a workload management tool at Force24. Internal team can raise tickets or assign work to different departments and track the progress of them through an online web portal. It helps everyone keep tabs on what's going on!
