Followup CRM is an amazing tool that supplements our current database, and allows our estimators, customers and management to be on the same page. We are less at risk of missing important information that is pertinent to successfully completing a job with that great feeling of not having have missed a step. Honestly it reinforces the relationships we have nurtured for many years and establishes a reliability from our customers from the first step of "Hello. Welcome to (...my company name)" to the final step of "Thank you for your time and business. We appreciate you!" That's it, in a nutshell!
