In the Vibe HCM platform, we maintain a single employee record that insures you always have accurate and up to date information whether you are doing an inquiry or reporting.

That said, in today's environment, clients often need flexibility to integrate / interface with legacy systems that are working well. The Vibe HCM platform is built from the ground up to allow for connections - payroll and HCM do not operate in a silo.  These applications need to be able to connect to other systems and Vibe HCM offers industry-leading configurability, allowing our clients high workflow efficiency and better data integrity.
