# FitBudd support is helpful, but response times can be long. How do you handle it?

I found FitBudd easy to use, and when I need help, support is there for what I need. The downside is that sometimes I have to wait up to 90 minutes for an answer. On the plus side, they called me to help improve my website and app, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Have you had similar wait times, and what has helped you get faster support?
