The features that I found to be valuable were: 1) CFD's ability to talk to maintenance direct.  You could identify a building component that needs to be replaced and have the system create a work order so execution could be tracked as well as expenses. 2) the ability to forecast needs up to 25-30 years and now what those costs and items are going to be. 3) Tracking of what has been completed and what remains as backlog.  This has opened our Boards eyes and trust in what we are accomplishing.  We have grown in funds from $4 million in capital funds to "soon to be" $55 million a year.
