# What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've been using G2 for software reviews. I found G2 through the reference of a former colleague who'd been using it to find more software and I checked it out of curiosity. I've been able to not only find different kinds of software for some work that I've had difficulty with but also more efficient replacements for what my colleagues and I have been using, which we'll soon implement once the current subscriptions expire. The sheer amount of information you get on G2 is not something you can put a price on and it's constantly updated with new reviews to reflect on day-to-day issues and new features that the developments release. No information on G2 is outdated and you can stay up-to-date through the reviews for any software you want to get. The benefit is G2's user-friendliness and how intuitive it is when you want to find anything. It's also user-friendly for mobiles, so you can use it anywhere to read or share reviews.
