# Exporting Reports from Aesthetics Pro to Excel or PDF

How do I export reports (Daily Appointments, Sales Reports, etc) from Aesthetics Pro to Excel or PDF?  Or, am I limited to only exporting customer contacts.

Hello Marvin, thank you for your question.

Most reports have a way to export by selecting the search option on the right-hand side of the report and selecting the XLS icon or PDF icon. If the report does not have that option, you can use the "PRINT PAGE" option under the System user drop down.
