# Are expense reports really automatic with Divvy?

Divvy offers a step up from reports. Card data really does arrive in a matter of seconds (in our use so far, 4 months worth.) The user is able to code, attach the receipt, and generally be done with an expense in under 60 seconds. Probably about half that or better. And as Admin, I'm able to process and transfer into accounting, on any schedule that suits me. In practice I do still use a monthly cutoff, because it helps with reconciling the payment out of the checking account. This is so easy to do cleanly in Divvy, thanks to not having the 'report' structure we used in the past.
