# Does Exchange 2013 still support Public Folders?  If not, what is a good alternative?

Exchange online or M365 has M365 groups as best alternative.

Exchange 2013 not support public folder. Check Site mailboxes is good alternative of public folder "https://support.office.com/en-us/article/site-mailboxes-a9c4b8c7-a1a9-43c0-bd05-7513ca092863"
