Domino 10.0, Notes 10.0, the Administrator Client, Domino Designer, and IBM Traveler installs were made available on October 10, 2018, for English language only. This includes the Notes and Administrative Clients, as well as Domino Designer and Traveler. The Sametime version remains at 9.0.1 FP1. The Connections Profiles and Files plugins are updated to support V10 and available on DeveloperWorks here:

The following summarizes Domino server platform support on October 10 and beyond:

AIX, version 7.2 TL1 SP1, supports Domino, Verse On-Prem, Traveler, and Sametime (9.0.1 FP1)

Red Hat, version 7.4, is supported by Domino, AppDev Pack, Verse On-Prem, Traveler, and Sametime (9.0.1 FP1)

SUSE, version 12, is supported by Domino, Verse On-Prem, Traveler, and Sametime (9.0.1 FP1)

Windows, versions 2012 R2+ and 2016, is supported by Domino, Verse On-Prem, Traveler, and Sametime (9.0.1 FP1)

CentOS, version 7.4, is supported by Domino, Verse On-Prem, Traveler, and Sametime (9.0.1 FP1) — CentOS is supported based on its binary compatible with Red Hat 7.4.

NOTES: 
Verse On-Premises release 1.0.6 is targeted for the end of December. 
Sametime server support for these platforms remains at 9.0.1 FP1 for October 10. 
Support for IBM i-Series is targeted for 2019. The priority of the features on IBM i-Series are Domino, Traveler, and Sametime. Verse on-Premises (VOP) and Domino AppDev Pack are to be determined.
