# Does Yo!Rent Offer Any Functionality For Electronic Document Signing Or Driver License Verification?

We are looking for a secure solution for our P2P car rental platform. Our major requirements are custom agreement eSigning and document verification. I would appreciate it if an associate can detail us on how these features work precisely for ensuring rental vehicle security. Also, feel free to add on any other security features that are present in the solution.

Yo!Rent has been developed after considering various rental parameters including vehicle security. To ensure safe vehicle rental operations for car owners, marketplace owners can rely on Yo!Rent’s following features:-
 
1. Document verification

This feature is used to verify and store all legally obliged documents of the customer, such as driving license, identity proof, address proof, insurance,  etc. It can also assist the marketplace owner in meeting all the center and state-issued rental guidelines.

2. Agreement Management and eSign

The agreement management feature allows car owners to upload their various policies on the marketplace. The policies can include various terms and conditions such as no smoking in the car, no pets, no beverages, parking conditions, etc. Once the policies or the rental agreement have been uploaded on the marketplace, the customers are required to sign them at the checkout using the design feature. 

Other features that ensure vehicle security to car owners are:

1. Rental Buffer Period

A buffer period between two rental durations to inspect the car for any unexpected wear & tear and policy violations. In case if any is present, a reimbursement can be deducted from the customer’s rental security. 

2. Rental Security Management

Customers are required to submit rental security at checkout. This rental security is deposited to the marketplace owner who can use it to reimburse the car owner for any damages, policy violations, and late cancellations/returns.
