# Does STACK offer a free or trial version of their takeoff and estimating software?

We're a small interior contractor performing framing/drywall, painting, and finishes. We've never used software before and are considering STACK. I was wondering if I can try out STACK's software for free without having to sign up first? This would give me a way to "try it before I buy it".

STACK has a completely free version that lets you try out the software and see if it's what you are looking for.  You can create a free account at https://www.stackct.com/ . 

I also recommend signing up for a free demo where a STACK expert will give you some basic tips for using the software and help you decide whether it will work for you or not.
