Yes, the MyCase integration with Dropbox provides a two-way document sync with MyCase.  Any documents and folders added to a specific case folder in Dropbox are immediately available within the corresponding case in MyCase along with the ability to access files offline or grant access to other members of your firm for collaborative editing.
