# Does Kami comply with the COPPA and FERPA Student Data Privacy acts?

Yes. Refer to the Kami Student Data Privacy Policy at https://www.kamiapp.com/coppa-privacy-policy-2/

Kami does not display advertising on our app or on our website, and does not use your data to advertise to you.
Kami does not sell or share your data with third parties to advertise or market to you. 
Kami does not host third-party cookies or trackers that would allow those third parties to track you on our site. 
Kami uses the data you store in Kami solely to provide you the Kami service and to keep you updated about new developments. And Kami only uses third party services that have made the same commitment. 
If you ever want to be forgotten, simply email Kami at privacy@kamiapp.com and all your data will be completely removed from the Kami system.
