It is managed tour Jamf Pro, but in an additional license.

No. This a separate product. They work well together. I believe you can use JAMF Connect without JAMF Pro

No, Jamf (the company) sells Jamf Pro and Jamf Connect separately, although they can work in concert with each other.  Jamf (the company) has several products that include the Jamf moniker in the name.
