# Does BoardPAC offer Training for directors and administrators?

Yes, BoardPAC offers training to Board Members and Organizers. initial onboarding training is provided and thereafter refresher training is provided to continue in keeping updated on new functionality offered.

New Board Directors, new company secretaries, and IT administrators are provided with full training by BoardPAC's worldwide customer support team. In most regions, BoardPAC provides in-region support with customer support members who will provide you with personalized training.

BoardPAC's training and  its customer support offering is highly rated both in G2 and other ranking sites with a overall excellent rating of customer experience.
