# Does BoardPac offer support?

Yes, BoardPAC offers 24/7 customer support. Customers are able to reach customer support team members of BoardPAC located around the world to obtain their required support. 

Most countries have local in-region support which includes onsite visits in addition to the online support provided over the phone or over email.

BoardPAC takes pride in it's Support offering to BoardPAC Clients. G2 has granted 'Customers Love Us' as a badge as a result of the excellent support provided.
