# Does anyone have any recommendations on how to implement a good employee recognition system?

As we try to leverage Guusto and integrate it into our culture, I was wondering how other organizations implemented Guusto into their employee recognition system? We wanted to ensure that there are everyone gets fairly recognized for all their hard work. Just curious what criteria and budgets others have used in their own companies
