Hit and miss. I invested $2500 per lead so I would show up third on Zillow. Almost broke even on a $20,000ish investment.  Frankly, I did better using my own marketing. This is a no for me. To many "leads" who weren't buying anything. Seriously one was a dogwalker/daycare person looking because she was curious for her clients. That lead cost me $2500
