# Do you work with companies when there will be new administrators, so that the handoff is smooth?

Our organization transferred administrator responsibilities, and now the administrators are changing the purpose of what the tool was intentionally established for. It's making it hard to collaborate internally as a marketing team (who are users who upload and search for content), which is then making it confusing to share with the organization who are only searching for content.

When I became the new administrator for our Collective, I became aware of the guidelines and practices in place at that time. I worked closely with the Creative Services team (users who upload and search for content), to gain insight and feedback on what can be improved or changed. Collectively, we started enhancing the methods we had in place and communicated this with the users directly impacted.
