# Do you really guarantee a 24-hour turnaround time?

This depends on the design request sent to us. A relatively simple design request can be delivered within 24 hours, whereas smaller tasks (such as font changes or change colors to a dark shade) can generally be turned around in the same business day.
Some complex and bigger tasks may take longer than the stipulated time. We advise you not to use Design Shifu as a replacement for time-sensitive projects.
