I accidentally purchased two licences instead of one and tried to use the 30 day money back guarantee to refund the unused licence. It took 2+ weeks of arguing with them to get them to actually issue the refund. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Yes, we have a 30 days money back guarantee for iSpring desktop products. You can request a refund if you purchased the product by mistake, or if you are not satisfied with your iSpring product for the following reasons: the product didn’t function as expected or wasn’t compatible with your existing setup, the product was of lesser quality than you expected. If a request is made within 30 days of purchase, you will receive 100% of your money back within a week of approval.

This policy applies only to iSpring Lifetime Licenses. iSpring Subscription Plans are not covered by the money back guarantee.

No refunds are granted, in whole or in part, for iSpring products purchased by you during iSpring special offers.
