# Do you have another easier version for this application?

I mean , you can provide free webinars for the users..or brief manuals for the  understandable  manual

no. find someone that works in indesign and learn from them.
if you are only doing small layouts.
and not professionally, you can use word, etc.

Pages from Apple would be easier to just and still give you a similar set of features.
