# Do you have a way to choose incentive compensation in percentages?

Hi Nicole, 
If you are referring to a target bonus, as the type of incentive compensation, then yes. Salary.Com&#39;s CompAnalyst does have a way to do that. It publishes one bonus target % for each position where the data is available. The bonus target percentages reflect all industries, organization sizes, and locations combined, and cannot be scoped like base salary and total cash compensation.  The bonus target dollar values for each job are calculated by multiplying the bonus target % by the average and median base salaries. Hope this helps!
