Interest question. I think it's a must for universities to use Salesforce as it's a very useful platform for improving student achievement. Also, as a student in the past, I would like to share a useful resource https://www.residencylor.com/ which I am sure will be useful to everyone who will look for a job on their own. After all, the quality of a letter of recommendation often determines whether an employer will pay attention to you among a large number of applicants for a job. Good luck to all.

Salesforce has introduced EDA ( education data architecture), which is a plus for a CRM. Many universities uses Salesforce. As example, and ine middle-east region; Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi and also the American University in Beirut
