# Do others experience issues with audio quality or SMS notifications?

Often the audio quality is poor. Also, the Android app oftentimes does not notify me of incoming SMS

Hi Alex! Thank you for your question. Many things can cause these issues, such as jitter (your internet connection), software crashing, etc. Problems could also be happening from other parties (third-party extension, firewall, or VPN can be blocking your connection).
