You can use the built-in functions on YouTube.
But  I wouldn't say they're convenient. There are much more convenient platforms for streaming https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPo4sYOagNA Here's one video about them. I recommend you to watch it to understand everything.
But such platforms help to promote your videos. And your YouTube channel can quickly rise in ratings. As well, try to spend your income from videos at the beginning just to promote your channel to become even more popular.
