# Do I need any specific training or certification to use SharpSpring?

During the first 60 days, you’ll work closely with your dedicated Onboarding Specialist who will walk you through setting up the platform, train you on how to use it, and if you are an agency, help you bring your clients on-board.

SharpSpring offers an optional certification program for agency partners. You can elect to get certified online at your own pace. This is not required, but is a great way to learn how to use SharpSpring. At the end, you will receive a certification badge that will show your expertise to your clients and customers.

I want...need to learn how to use SharpSpring. Unfortunately our Specialist has not be helpful at all! I have emailed him many time and get no answers at all.  I truly would love to take this certification program so I can learn how to use this program at it fullest potential for our company. We do already have the program, but I just can't get all the "how to's" to really make it work well for us. SharpSpring is a full featured, robust system. But I would definitely invest in full training & certification to get the most out of SharpSpring. That will be time well invested.
