LogicMonitor is a Cloud monitoring system, with all storage in the resilient cloud whereas others require a huge investment in on-site hardware and resilience planning.

LogicMonitor is very simple to configure.  Just add group-level credentials and configure your subnets.  That's it.  Multi-thousand devices deployments can be achieved in under a week by a couple of customer engineers and PS provided by LogicMonitor.  Others require weeks of planning and dozens of customer engineers.

LogicMonitor has a great API.  Anything that can be achieved in the User Interface can also be achieved in the REST API.  Others require database hacks, just to get at the data outside the UI. 

LogicMonitor provides a multi-tenanted solution, making it ideal for Managed Service Providers and large enterprise, enabling your customers to log in and see just their own inventory.  Others require you to provide your own service facade.

LogicMonitor are good people.  With offices worldwide, LogicMonitor are interested in achieving the best result for you, and they do this by giving you direct access to knowledgeable people, not by directing you to the documentation (though that's all online and great also!).
