We are a national company partnering with talent driven businesses to elevate how they work, share, and inspire employees.  We make it easy for companies to not only automate HR but also to connect, communicate and engage with all of their employees through our one unified system.  Vibe HCM is a system of engagement focused on the employee experience and TRUE employee engagement.

We are scalable to work with large multi-national organizations (and have clients in that space) but our focus is on talent focused companies in the mid-market – from 500-5000 employees.  We don’t try to be all things to all companies - we partner with our clients to make their employment brand & culture thrive with their employees.
