# Demand Gen Automation

I've used Eloqua, Marketo and the likes to automate a lot of processes, run campaigns, and empower sales teams, marketing teams and even management teams and to be honest I have to say that the combination of 1 Mkt automation tool + 1 CRM tool usually gets the job done, but you see, my point is I still have to do a combination. I haven't found any CRM that allows automation the way Eloqua / Marketo do, and haven't found any mkt automation tool that would include a native CRM.

I guess right now the one possible combination that way would be Oracle. By acquiring Eloqua they gained the capability of doing what I just described...I guess.

What do you think?

The challenge of doing all in one brand means you are vendor locked into a wider spread of function and often as you say with a HUGE vendor where the cost and quality of support can be prohibitive. We integrate with mailchimp, Constant Contact, Hubspot etc allowing the customer to select and to have greater flexibility of change.

Hi Alelandro,

So, I too have used Eloqua and Marketo. I'm Eloqua certified (Master) and currently administering Marketo for my employer. Both are awesome tools. I'm also Salesforce certified and know all too well the need for a good CRM/MA tool integration.

I haven't used Infusionsoft myself, but know that it combines CRM and MA functionality, as well as some eCommerce functionality. I've looked through the online documentation, features and demo videos, and it seems to be awesome software.

Is Infusionsoft's automation as powerful as Eloqua/Marketo? I HIGHLY doubt it. I'm guessing it's automation is more in line with Act-On or similar automation tools.

Anyhow, it may be something you want to look into!
