# Deel Payroll onboarding: how do you handle unclear mandatory vs optional fields?

I found Deel Payroll very intuitive, especially the form, and the onboarding was clear overall. The form integration and core functions worked well, and getting hooked up felt straightforward. The main issue was that some mandatory vs optional items were unclear. How have you handled that confusion, and what helped you confirm what was required?
