Totally. You can blacklist email domains that will not get synced to the CRM. You can also enable 1 way sync for emails, calendars, tasks, contacts and attachment. SmartCloud Connect can also sync emails / events only with a certain subject, contacts from a particular folder, and sync attachments to cloud storages like Box or SpringCM.
