# Where is our data stored and managed? What happens to it if we decide to cancel?

Our customers' data is stored and managed on our servers in a secure environment. Our SLA guarantees 99.7%  uptime. If a customer wants to cancel the subscription all data can be exported to CSV or Excel. Customers can extract data at anytime.
